Customer Service Specialist: Employees in this role handle customer service requests, appointment booking, customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, to address customer issues with one-call resolution.

CSR/Dispatcher: Employees in this customer service role will work with our national sub-contractor network to support assigned customers and will be responsible for assigning work to those sub-contractors and coordinating schedule dates with our customers. This position is critical to our success, and will require strong administrative and communication skills.

Sales and Service Coordinator: Team members in this customer service position will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in the appropriate systems, communicating with the customer regarding scheduled calls and follow-up visits.
