Role Description

Engineering Excellence is seeking a full-time Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team in Michigan. Our Michigan territory covers the Detroit area across to Grand Rapids and the surrounding cities. The Commercial Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new customers and selling HVAC Preventive Maintenance and HVAC Planned Unit Replacement Programs. The target market is local or regional owner operated facilities This is a hybrid role for an outside sales consultant primarily located in Farmington Hills and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with emphasis on business-to business selling, “cold-calling” and generating sales from personal networking and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of commercial service sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Solid skills working with Microsoft Office, contact management software, and CRM databases
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in account management and following up with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Experience with HVACR systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
