Position Summary:

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher is responsible for communication between customers and service technicians. Providing exceptional customer service and facilitating technicians' work routes.

· Outbound calls to customers to schedule maintenance

· First person to answer the phone and schedule maintenance.

· Front Desk/Office Duties/ Greeting customers

· Manage multiple phone lines & multi-task between calls and service orders.

· Provide backup to Dispatcher when needed

· Additional office duties as assigned

Qualifications

· 1-3 years of experience in an HVAC setting a plus

· Minimum 4 years of customer service experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must be organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with in depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows

· High School Diploma required
