Job Summary
This position is for an experienced Accounts Payable Processor, who will work with vendors, General Managers, center admins, and other team members. Major job duties include processing all vendor invoices in accordance with corporate guidelines and within the required time frame; providing prompt and courteous service to vendors and centers; reviewing batch reports for errors prior to posting, and resolving center and vendor issues in a timely fashion; reconciling accounts with vendors; month-end invoice processing; and performing other related duties as required.
Key Responsibilities/skills:
- Process PO and Non PO invoices for all our center locations.
- Reconcile past due invoices, research and resolve center inquiries.
- Contact vendors for invoices inquiries whenever necessary.
- Review batch reports for data entry errors.
- Vendor statement reconciliation may be required for researching purposes.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- The ability to work effectively in a high volume environment and a rapidly changing organization.
- Attention to detail, accuracy is critical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment required.
- Three-way match experience preferred.
- AS400 experience preferred.
- Must be able to process an average of 150 invoices per day.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and large volume of invoices.
- Ability to resolve vendor and center issues timely.
- Three to five years of accounts payable experience preferred.
