Position Summary:

As a valued member of our Legal Team, you will assist the senior paralegal with day-to-day activities as needed and support the legal group.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage contractor licensing and maintaining license agreement records - current and back up license holders.

· Handle acquisition pre-work for license requirements/needs and facilitate bond requests as required for Field and Officer signatures.

· Perform reconciliations of open bonds and capacity.

· Manage Minute Book and general electronic and paper filing

· Maintain State entity registrations through CSC

· Provide database reporting

· Coordinate with the Marketing Department for Consumer Credit Reporting

· Track Assumed Names

· Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and be able to work independently with little supervision and meet deadlines; resourceful and a self-starter

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an understanding of databases.

· At least 3 years of experience working in multi-location, service related business preferred.
