Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator IV is an advanced individual contributor role responsible for coordinating and executing marketing programs that drive brand engagement and revenue growth, along with coordinating internal communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates with various members of the marketing team, cross-functional department leads and external vendors with strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating projects, managing social media presence, monitoring online reputation, and providing administrative support to the marketing team.

  • Campaign Support & Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email setup, list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to develop marketing assets and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Implement social media strategies across platforms, monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and curate user-generated content to enhance brand trust.
  • Online Presence Monitoring: Track and document online reviews and mentions, escalate critical feedback, and ensure accurate, engaging content across digital platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze campaign and social media performance data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Marketing Operations: Maintain marketing calendars, organize files, support internal tools, and assist with internal communications (newsletters, SE360 posts). Prepare promotional recap decks and meeting summaries.
  • Customer Engagement: Support initiatives to improve customer experience, manage feedback, escalate issues, and track performance metrics.
  • Administrative Support: Monitor marketing inboxes, coordinate internal communications, and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and marketing automation tools a plus.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
