Position Summary:

Are you a proven leader with a decade of experience transforming commercial HVAC organizations?  This is more than a management position – it’s an opportunity to drive strategic expansion, innovation, and operational excellence for a market leader.

We are seeking a visionary and transformational executive to lead our multi-state commercial HVAC teams into the future of performance and innovation.  This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, accelerate growth leveraging our leasing model and lead a talented team driving excellence in one of the most essential industries today. What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Own P&L responsibility for multi-million-dollar revenue streams across multiple states.
  • Develop and execute bold growth strategies that expand market share and profitability
  • Drive organizational transformation and accelerate leasing growth in new and existing markets.
  • Oversee and build on a network of 800 plus subcontractors across the US Nurture and grow the retail sector 
  • Lead the management of a team of outside sales consultants to drive explosive growth in key markets

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Inspire and lead divisional sales directors to exceed aggressive revenue goals.
  • Design winning sales strategies that seize market opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with top commercial clients and key strategic partners.

Operational Excellence

  • Direct complex, large-scale commercial projects from planning to completion.
  • Ensure top tier service delivery and consistent quality across all territories.
  • Champion efficiency, innovation, and cost optimization initiatives.

 Team & Culture

  • Provide executive leadership to regional managers and sales teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth and customer-first focus.
  • Build the next-generation of leaders through strong talent management and succession planning.

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years of senior leadership in commercial HVAC industry or essential home services preferred.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar business units and multi-state operations.
  • Deep technical expertise and market knowledge in commercial HVAC or essential home services preferred.

 Leadership & Growth

  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant business growth and market expansion
  • Strong track record leading large, distributed teams.
  • Skilled at scaling operations and building sustainable business models

 Sales Acumen

  • Exceptional sales leadership background, including oversight of sales directors
  • History of developing winning sales strategies and navigating complex commercial cycles.
  • Strong relationship management skills with major clients and partners.

Location & Reporting

  • Preferred Location:  Dallas, TX; Ohio  or central US (with 50%-75% regular travel across managed territories)
  • Reporting Structure: Reports directly to executive leadership
  • Scope: Responsible for leading and managing Commercial HVAC operations across multiple states.
