Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, accountability, and performance of our marketing programs. You’ll oversee marketing systems and tools, manage campaign workflows, streamline reporting and analytics, and help align marketing strategies with business goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology & Systems:
- Help construct, optimize and maintain the marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM/CDP, email automation, analytics tools, call tracking) and ensure integrations across platforms.
- Evaluate and implement tools to improve lead generation, tracking, and conversion.
- Monitor and manage the full lead lifecycle, from source to service call to closed sale.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate attribution and ROI reporting.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Work with external vendors and agencies as needed to coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop dashboards and regular reports to track performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition.
Budget & Project Management:
- Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns stay within scope and deliver cost-effective results.
- Maintain calendars, project timelines, and ensure cross-functional teams stay on track.
Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
- Project Management Certification a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2C service industry (home services experience a plus).
Essential Skills:
- Proficient with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRMs and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and grammar.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and marketing automation tools a plus.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to tasks.
