Job Summary
As Financial Analyst, you will be accountable for assisting with timely and accurate financial reports and performance analytics to senior leadership within the Finance Department at Service Experts.  In this position, you will focus on “telling the story” based on a thorough understanding of key business drivers and support various ad hoc projects focused on using data to provide financial analytical insights.  Key Responsibilities:

• Using technology to improve manual processes and produce reliable financial reports to be used by management on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Seen as a reliable partner in the creation of ad hoc reports that provide an understanding of key performance drivers and linkage to enterprise financial results
• Continuously contribute in innovative ways to improve the reporting process, provide additional insights to performance and enhance the reliability and accuracy of financials
• Support and develop operational center level reviews that help identify strategic opportunities to drive efficiency, productivity and profitability into the business
• Evaluate business opportunities through discounted cash flow models and return on investment analysis
• Assist management with ad hoc projects, financial modelling, forecasting and various growth initiatives

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Finance Technology
• Minimum 1 year of related experience required
• Ability to source all the necessary tools and knowledge to accomplish the task.
• A personal style that is viewed as collaborative, resourceful, inquisitive and takes initiative.
• Strong experience with SAP, Hyperion Essbase/Smartview necessary
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – demonstrate confidence.
• Intellectual agility is required due to the fast pace and changing environment.
