Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly financial results review and board meeting materials; deliver ideas and messages in a clear and concise manner
• Compilation of consolidated and standalone financial statements
• Supports forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting processes
• Develop models and analysis for business initiatives
• Research and provide recommendations on accounting policies
• Assist with budgeting tool implementation
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed for the finance department and other business units
• Provide overall support to the team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related financing work experience
• Experience with technical accounting and knowledge of IFRS preferred
• Experience with Hyperion, SAP system and Workday preferred
• Self-starter; ability to work proactively and independently
• Proven ability to perform well under pressure
• Demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills
