As a part of the Operations team, the Reporting Analyst will be a central point of control and information for the Operations team. The Reporting Analyst will perform business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining. Works directly with the Operations Team to identify analytical requirement. May be required to produce ad hoc data and reports. May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, generate and analyze reports to solve informational gaps and performance for the Operations Team.
  • Create and analyze reports to identify operations opportunities throughout multiple departments.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on a variety of data set across multiple platforms and for multiple departments.
  • Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then provide input.
  • Responsible for working with large and complex sets of data to ensure cleanliness and data integrity.
  • Report on key metrics to provide visibility into productivity and adoption of best practice guidelines.
  • Identify and report upon trends and patterns in the dataset that impact the organization.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.
  • Support ongoing projects and requests of the operations department.
  • Build and maintaining excellent communication and relationships with all cross-functional teams.
  • Interpret results using a variant of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently.
  • Able to prioritize, execute, or provide clarification or explanation of changes, goals and other duties.
  • Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Provide supporting documentation and reporting to leadership team to be used for spiff and incentive reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Industry experience with 1 -- 2 years’ experience working with data and reporting.
  • A flexible team player with an ability to work successfully with the leadership team as well as field employees.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Assist with Multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven experience in process and requirements documentation.
  • Experience in Excel, Access
  • Experience in Power BI, SAP, Tableau, SQL, etc. are a plus.
  • Experience in performing trend analysis on numerous metrics and establishing process improvement.
  • Experience in statistical analysis of workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Ability to develop and present operational reports and presentations.
